Now the 46-year-old lawyer, educated at Harvard, Oxford and Yale, is pursuing
a lawsuit in his spare time on behalf of 10 U.S. Immigration and Customs
Enforcement agents who are challenging the Obama Administration’s authority to
allow children of unlawful immigrants to remain in the country by Executive
Order. A U.S. district court in Texas recently ruled that the suit can move
forward; a hearing on the merits of the challenge is expected to be held by
mid-March.
