The Arizona state legislature is famous for not only introducing goofy bills…but passing them.
In the latest example of how far over the edge our legislature is getting SB 1433 was introduced by state senator Russell Pearce and others.
This piece of legislation creates a panel which can decide which federal laws should be ignored by the state.
Read it and ask if it is time to create Baja Arizona…America’s 51st state.
