Talking through his campaign manager, Luis Arevalo, Soto said he was running to change what has been happening in the city and unite the African-American and Latino communities for positive change.
Inglewood has been run by a handful of people and their friends. I wouldn't complain, IF, they did their jobs without the attitude and or favoritism....Llego La Hora, to bring in some new blood, fresh ideas and an open door policy, to ALL of it's proud tax paying residents.
