Arizona Politician Wants to Cut Water and Electricity to Undocumented Immigrants Immigrant Rights Change.org

Nowadays, it’s becoming easier and easier to win elections, especially in places like Arizona. You just need to insert a hatred of “illegal aliens” somewhere into your campaign. It doesn’t matter what your office does, or how far removed it is from immigration enforcement. Find the connection and insist that undocumented immigration is ruining electricity/leading to a higher percentage of bad television re-runs/responsible for the disappearance of rainbows. Then, put forth the most insane proposal you can think of to target undocumented immigrants.

Barry Wong, who served four terms in the state House of Representatives, suggests cutting off utilities only to residential homes of undocumented immigrants and not businesses. Because it’s fine if undocumented immigrants are contributing business to boost the economy of the state; they just shouldn’t be allowed to go home and take a shower afterward.
