Thanks Manny Vivar !

Manny Vivar commented on your link:

"Nebraska has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country (4.9%, half the national average). The meat packing company in Fremont could not find enough workers in that small town (population of 25,000) so it actively recruited Hispanic workers, many of which are in this country LEGALLY! But town's Hispanic population went from 165 in 1990 to 2,060 now, which is scaring the racist living there who don't want to "lose" their town!"
