An effective leader, knows his followers, their needs and their dreams. They achieve their effectiveness by listening to their words and remembering their faces. A difficult task, if your behind a desk, or read about their plight via e-mail.
I'd love to find MORE Hispanic people who can proudly say MALDEF, is on my side. People who really need your help NOW!
